Overview

It's a pleasure to announce that the Conference Community is going to organize an International Conference on Contemporary Research in Engineering, Science & Technology (ICCREST- 2019). The conference will be held on Bangkok,Thailand on 20th January, 2019. ICCREST is intended as a forum for presenting the latest developments in the field of Engineering, Science & Technology to bringing together for researchers, scientists and industrial professionals to foster an environment conducive in exchanging new thoughts and statistics in addition to speak the destiny guidelines and priorities inside the aforementioned fields. This conference will also provide a golden opportunity to develop new collaborations and meet specialists on the basics, programs and merchandise in the area of Engineering, Science and Technology and the related disciplines. On behalf the conference organizers it is our great pleasure to invite all research scholars, delegates and students and other related experts, to send and contribute to ICCREST-2019.

Objective

Our main objective is to encourage scientific and academic activities in the direction of the advancement of everyday lifestyles with enhancing the principle and practice of diverse disciplines and sectors of Engineering, Science & Technology. The Conference being considered one of the largest expert association of south Asia organizes conferences, workshop, seminars and/or consciousness applications via presenting the technical and other supports to improve research and development activities, publishing high pleasant educational worldwide journals as well as up-to-date and modern-day transactions.

The Certificate for Best Presenter award will be awarded during Conference.

PUBLICATION

All registered papers will be published in printed proceedings with valid ISBN number. The printed proceedings as well as printed certificates will be provided at the time of the conference.

All registered papers will be ONLINE after conference in Impact Factor Journal:

If anybody pays the FEE and if NOT able to attend the conference then we will deliver the proceedings + certificate at the desired address through postal mail (if intimated at least 10 days before the Conference).

The organizing committee invites Postgraduate candidates Master and PhD to submit full papers to ICCREST 2019. ICCREST 2019 is a premier forum for presenting of new research findings. Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers including results, figures and references before deadline.

Attending fee includes admission to all sessions, round table discussions conference kit (including the Scientific Book of Proceedings on CD), admission to the lunch or/and dinner, plus all coffee breaks, according to the conference program.

Arrangements and costs of visa, travelling and accommodation are not the responsibility of our organization; they will be borne by the author him/herself.

Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins. You have to complete the following steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on additional papers registration.

In case of First paper, FULL FEE will be charged and in case of additional papers 50% of the total fee per additional paper will be charged (only if the same author is being registered for all the papers).

The regular fee will be charged up to 8 to 10 pages and after that additional USD 5 per additional page will be charged.

Step 2 - Paper submission

All the paper must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format. So that the necessary fine tuning can be done.

Step 3 - Registration

ONLY Email the filled registration form (.doc/.docx format) + final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx format) that you like to publish in the conference proceedings at email id: info@conferencecommunity.org

One registration is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference and can get all as mentioned in *ONE Registration Fee above. If co-author also likes to register then each co-author has to pay the mentioned registration fees.

Author Guidlines


(I) Paper Submission Guidelines

Each paper is limited to 8 to 10 pages normally, additional pages will be charged. Please follow the Conference format.

Formatting (DOC)
  • The first page should include the paper's title, the abstract, a list of keywords indicating the paper's topic area(s), the authors' & co author’s full names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses.
  • Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references.
  • Submit your paper via online submission or email to info@iiarp.com in .doc or .pdf format.
  • All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
PAPER PAGE LIMIT

REGULAR PAPERS: Each paper must be 8-10 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references).

EXTRA PAGES: Extra pages will be charged at $5 (US dollars) per extra page.

(III) Presentation Guidelines

INSTRUCTIONS for ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Contributed oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The paper must be presented by one of the author or co-authors. Oral presentations are to be made either using your laptop or the PC that will be available in the session room (Windows system + Power point). Please come to the session room with your laptop or pen drive having your presentation file. There will be a volunteer on hand to assist in starting each presentation.

INSTRUCTIONS for POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.). You must provide your own printout of the poster itself. You are requested to set up your poster in the morning prior to the Opening ceremony and remove it at the end of the session. One of the paper author or co-authors must be present and available for discussion at the poster session. Posters will be on display in the conference room.

INSTRUCTIONS for VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS

If you wish your paper to be present and published in Conference Proceedings & Journal Publications, but you are not able to attend the Conference in person, you can register for a “virtual presentation”. Registered virtual authors will receive a copy of the Abstracts Proceedings, a participation certificate and an invoice of the registration fee. We will deliver all these materials via email.

(IV) Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter for visa purposes, the organizers will be pleased to provide you with one. Delegates requiring visas should request an invitation letter from the organizers after the registration confirmation for the event. Delegates are then responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate embassy themselves. The organizers can do nothing further to assist this process.
